Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package for all orders to be delivered in mainland France, Europe, and the rest of the world.
After verifying the payment, your order is processed immediately by Pure Foie Gras. Delivery is made to the address of your choice within an average of 3 to 5 days after your order is confirmed. We use the services of La Poste (Colissimo or Colissimo International).
You can receive the delivery within 48 hours if the order is placed before 9:00 a.m. by calling us at (+33) 09 51 76 13 60. Please consult us for shipping rates via email or phone. We use DHL Express International or Chronopost International for express delivery.
We deliver our products worldwide.

We take all risks associated with transportation.
In case of damage, contact our customer service, and we will refund the total amount of your purchase (including shipping costs) in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. However, we cannot be held responsible for product deterioration due to the recipient’s absence at the time of delivery.

Delivery locations and times
Delivery to the involved countries will be made via Colissimo in France and Europe within approximately 5 to 8 business days after order confirmation. Outside Europe, we ship with transport and logistics companies (allow 8 to 20 business days). These times are indicative. No compensation can be claimed from Pure Foie Gras in the event of a delivery delay. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, Pure Foie Gras will not be responsible for any damage to the products or the recipient’s failure to collect the package.
Refunds and Replacements
Our customers are committed to strictly adhering to the storage conditions of the products, as well as the expiration date indicated on the packaging. The recipient is responsible for checking the quantity and condition of the products upon receipt. In the case of non-compliant delivery, a claim must be made in writing to Pure Foie Gras within 24 hours of delivery. All disputes and claims will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bayonne (France).
